Strip Heaters

These heaters get their shape from square porcelain beads arranged to suit required dimensions and specifications. These are mostly used in dies, moulds, ovens, plastic forming and sealing, air heating and baking.

Subtypes : - Mica strip
- Ceramic strip
- Box type strip air heater

Box Type Strip Heaters

They are made from rectangular porcelain insulators placed according to the dimension through which resistance coil is moved. These are mostly used in dies, moulds, ovens, AHU’s, space heating, plastic forming and sealing, air heating and baking.

They can be ordered with fins for added heat transfer in air heating application.
