Aluminium Foil Heaters

Capable of working at low temperatures of 40-50 degrees, aluminium foil heaters are constructed with silicon coated resistance wire moved in proper pattern on the aluminium sheet to ensure quick and uniform heat transfer.

The adhesive surface on the foil is used to stick on the parts to be heated ensuring a good surface contact. Depending on application we can manufacture heating cable accordingly. These heaters are used in medical equipment’s, food industry, mosquito machines and de-frosting applications.
