Designed with the objective of ‘Fit and Forget’, casting heaters provide uniform heating and long lasting life. They generally consist of tubular heating elements which are shaped for maximum performance. We have our own machining and fabrication centre with technical know-how for in-house mould making and job machining for prompt service and quality product. We provide castings in aluminium and gun metal material.

Subtypes : - Half round barrel cast heaters
- Rectangular, Triangular, Round and Square plate cast heaters
- Internal groove or external groove cast heaters
- Cast heaters with cooling tubes
- External groove heaters with ceramic band heater and blower for extruders.
- L Shape cast heater
